Restoring Resilience, Tools for Trying Times
This online 12 week class focuses on building knowledge and skills to restore and strengthen our capacity to bounce back and stay positive. We all need resilience, our ability to adapt and cope to meet challenging times, to come back to ourselves when feeling stressed, anxious, or depressed. In this class, we learn some of the neurobiology of the brain and how it is designed to handle stress. Powerful, experiential practices for building inner resources to help grow our capacity for resilience are introduced and practiced each week. Here, you can begin to grow your ability to bounce back, even in these trying times.
