Do you feel stuck? Are you suffering from an anxiety or mood disorder? Would you like to change your self-talk and plan your future? As a whole-person centered therapist I will utilize cognitive behavior techniques with a secondary emphasis on physical habits to help you to examine and make life changes. I will help you to make sense of your story, identify and adjust thinking, and accept and love yourself. Together we will set clear goals for life changes. I create an atmosphere of acceptance and hope, integrating faith if desired. Additionally I now offer Compassion Fatigue Therapy for those in helping professions.
My specialties include those struggling with co-dependency issues, depression and mood disorders, anxiety and OCD, trauma, self-esteem, spiritual issues and life coaching. I work with individuals, families, couples, and adolescents. I am LPC-supervisor, a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a Certified Compassion Fatigue Professional.
I know how hard it is to always be on for others and walking in your own fatigue, depression, anxiety or other issues.
