I believe that every individual has the ability to change, grow, and work through life’s struggles. I enjoy working with a range of ages and concerns but I have a particular interest in trauma, attachment and repair, life transitions, and helping individuals impacted by emotionally immature family members, partners, and people. I am trained in EMDR, a technique that helps process traumatic memories and distressing events. I specialize in trauma and attachment repair work by utilizing EMDR, Internal Family Systems (parts work) and talk therapy. I utilize other scientifically backed techniques, like CBT or mindfulness, as needed.
My job as your therapist is to partner with you to foster healing, introspection, and growth, by utilizing the strengths you already possess while building upon them. My foundation is a collaborative and non-judgmental approach to ensure clients feel empowered and understood.
My priority is to create a safe, respectful environment for clients in which they feel understood and heard. When you are ready, I will meet you where you are in your change process and walk with you along the way.
