I work with adults of all ages who are navigating depression and anxiety, grief and loss, trauma, major life transitions, relationship difficulties, career challenges, and more. My style is warm, collaborative, and curious, with a strong focus on how we can partner together to uniquely respond to your present needs and future goals.
