About
The decision to begin therapy is often anxiety-provoking and overwhelming; my goal is to provide a validating and warm therapeutic space that supports you in building a life that you find meaningful, and to work with you through the challenges that may be holding you back from doing so. We will build an individualized treatment plan utilizing empirically-validated psychotherapeutic interventions that are evidence-based, compassionate, and empowering. Whether you’re struggling with regulating your emotions and tolerating distress, feeling stuck or lost, or having challenges with interpersonal conflict, we are here to help.
The team at The Behavioral Therapy Collective are all DBT-intensively trained clinicians through Behavioral Tech, and proudly offer comprehensive DBT programs for adults and adolescents, as well as CBT, ACT, trauma, and exposure therapies. Comprehensive DBT includes individual therapy, DBT skills group, phone coaching, and weekly team consultation meetings.
We are one of the few comprehensive DBT programs in New Jersey, and strive to provide evidence-based treatment that makes a genuine difference. Please visit our website for more information about myself, our practice, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and the types of therapy we offer. We look forward to hearing from you!
