I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a commitment to helping people with life’s challenges in a safe, supportive, and compassionate environment. I earned my master's degree at Temple University. I have experience in outpatient treatment settings and crisis settings which has allowed me to work with a variety of people dealing with a variety of concerns. Taking the first step to seeking a more fulfilling and happier life takes courage. I am here to support you in that process.

I use evidence-based practice methods such as cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness. I have experience helping clients with life changes, stress, anxiety, trauma, motivation, self-esteem, crisis resolution, confidence, and depression. I believe in treating everyone with respect, sensitivity, and compassion.

Therapy and change are hard work, but you don’t have to do it alone. I believe therapy is teamwork, and that together we can achieve your goals.
