About
Thank you for considering me as your therapist! I'm a warm and relational provider who has worked in college counseling settings for a number of years and now maintains a private practice. I specialize in working with emerging adults, members of the LGBT+ community, anxiety and depression, a history of sexual abuse or sexual trauma, current or historical family conflict, and relationship exploration.
I use an integrative approach, tailoring my treatment methods to your personal needs and goals. I will partner with you collaboratively to better understand the factors preventing you from having the most fulfilling life possible. I believe therapy should be a safe place to explore your thoughts and feelings, and that good therapy leads to meaningful change.
Finding the right therapist for you is so important! Please call me for a free phone or video consultation to see if I might be the right fit for your needs. I'm a licensed clinical psychologist practicing in NY and NJ. (Currently teletherapy only.)
