I am trained in Brainspotting, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, IFS, ACT, & DBT, which are integral in healing by helping you address the trauma, depression, anxiety, and anger in the mind and body. When working with all trauma survivors, I prioritize relational safety and transparency in an attempt to heal trauma's impact on our bodies, lives, and relationships
