I am a trauma informed therapist trained in different modalities, including EMDR, Mindfulness, IFS, Somatic Experiencing, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, & other Strength Based Modalities. I provide individual psychotherapy, psychotherapy intensives, & mindfulness coaching.
I created Flowering Mind Therapeutic Services LLC as a way to offer trauma informed holistic care in a virtual setting for individuals in Virginia, the District of Columbia, and Maryland.
