Clinically, Dr. Hoose incorporates skills from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), Existential Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Humanistic Therapy. She has extensive experience working with faith transitions and spirituality concerns. She has also completed training in psychedelic integration work.
