I’m Beth Hollingsworth, a Licensed Professional Counselor with 9 years of experience in various clinical settings, including inpatient, outpatient, crisis intervention, and intensive outpatient services. I work with adults who are struggling with issues such as depression, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, grief, and substance use. I’m also a certified clinical trauma professional.
I hold a Master of Counseling from Nova Southeastern University, and I utilize eclectic treatment modalities, including cognitive behavioral therapy, person-centered therapy, motivational interviewing, mindfulness meditation, and guided visualization.
