I am passionate about supporting people who struggle with anxiety, addiction issues, and ADHD. I believe deeply that these three diagnoses are all connected and have dedicated my life to learning tools and techniques to work with them. People with these diagnoses are not fundamentally flawed, rather, they have gifts that inspire new approaches to life's challenges and are typically sensitive and intuitive and don't feel supported in the human environment most of us are forced to live in. I am committed to fostering a supportive environment where people can feel safe to unmask and connect more deeply to themselves.

I offer psychedelic informed neuro-affirmative therapy. I utilize the body using somatic therapy techniques and combine tools borrowed from evidence based practices such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectal Behavioral Therapy. I am a certified ADHD-Clinical Services Provider with over a decade of experience... and I still love the work!

I have been in recovery for over a decade and understand how addictive behaviors shape shift. Sometimes healing work feels like playing a game of whack-a-mole. As someone who experienced challenges with undiagnosed ADHD as a child that led to early substance abuse, I am passionate and dedicated to helping people who struggle with ADHD and are in recovery.

I offer a humanist approach that is person centered. I don't have a template, I cater the treatment goals and interventions to every individual I support. While I do work with people who are in recovery, I am unable to work with people who are still deeply struggling with active addiction. As someone who has experienced addictive addiction personally, I understand the limitations of talk therapy.

Join us for a 6 week skill building psycho-educational group for clinicians. This group is for clinicians who want to learn more about DBT and specific behavioral interventions designed to treat ADHD. We will discus techniques and tools to help clients manage emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and talk about strategies to help individuals improve their communication skills, assert their needs, and build healthier relationships. We will also share practical techniques and tools that reduce impulsivity and hyperactivity, improved attention and focus, increased self-awareness and insight, and improved coping skills for managing stress and challenges.

This community gathering invites people in recovery who are interested in, or currently integrating psychedelics into their healing practice. We will discuss how psychedelics impact addictive behaviors and risks of relapse. We will explore relationships with altered states of consciousness, sobriety vs moderation, various recovery models, and systemic pressures leading to overconsumption and addictive tendencies. The group is offered by donation, no one turned away for lack of funds.
