I specialize in attachment based models, working with adopted children and families, adult adoptees, and neurodivergent populations. You are in control and we go at your pace. I want to provide a safe space for you to be authentically you or your child to explore patterns and coping skills, and create a life that brings joy.
Play Therapy is my jam! I use proven modalities to create healthy change, including play and sandtray therapy with clients of all ages (in addition to traditional talk therapy).
