I serve the Latinx community to help destigmatize mental health in an active/collaborative process between client and therapist. I've worked with children, adults, families, groups who have been impacted by economic barriers, trauma, body image, psychosis, and grief. My ideal client has a variety of emotional, interpersonal, cultural/generational, and behavioral challenges who is simply looking to learn to heal/cope/navigate through current stressors/traumas in a safe environment. I seek to provide clients with a safe, nonjudgmental place to work through uncomfortable emotions while understanding their cultural values/norms.
I believe in a client-centered approach combined with trauma informed, Somatic, EMDR, EFT modalities to allow for mind/body connections. I offer Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy for those looking to find relief from mental health symptoms. I provide a holding environment that will encourage safety, in the hope of creating space for healing to take place.
I serve struggling individuals and parents/families in different areas of mental health. In therapy, you will gain more introspection and build coping skills in a culturally and trauma responsive setting which allows for effective and meaningful care for your needs. I believe in the inherent capacity of individuals to achieve growth from the inside out.

I often meet people "where they are at" and this will determine the treatment approach needed in the sessions whether it be cognitive/dialectal behavior therapy, mindfulness, or trauma informed therapy to help people obtain/sustain their therapy goals. By raising awareness and psychoeducation on mental health, people often get back their power and control over themselves.
