About
Choosing to own and share your story is one of the most courageous and important things you can ever do. I hope to create a safe, authentic, and nonjudgmental space for you to share as you do the exciting work of walking towards healing. I am passionate about helping my clients see their inherent worth and value and helping others feel truly seen and known. I believe in the tenacity of the human spirit, in one’s ability to overcome unyielding challenges, and in the power of self compassion. Life can feel messy and we can feel stuck in feelings of anxiety, shame, or depression. Whatever it may be, you don't have to do it alone.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Texas. I believe in a collaborative and tailored person centered approach to meet you or your family’s specific strengths, values, goals, and needs. I utilize modalities such as Play Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
I have significant experience working with children and teenagers with anxiety, depression, ADHD, foster care, adoption, PTSD and trauma. I work collaboratively with the whole family to help your child thrive. I also have a passion for working with women who experience anxiety, depression, burn out, grief, postpartum depression/anxiety, PTSD, and trauma.
