I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with 4 years of experience. I help clients develop healthy communication and conflict resolution skills, offering a nonjudgmental, welcoming space that prioritizes their goals and supports them through life’s challenges. I earned a Master of Arts in Human Services Counseling and a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, and I am certified in prepare and enrich training for couples.
