I integrate different therapeutic models into my work with clients including EMDR, Strengths Based Perspective, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness. I have extensive experience and training in assisting those with PTSD, Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, and trauma.
