I have 30+ year experience providing therapy for adults and specialize in treating health care professionals. Carl Jung said, "Only the wounded physician heals... and then only to the extent he has healed himself." We become healers because of our wounding. My approach is integrative and aims to get to the root of your suffering, while finding deeper meaning & purpose in your role as a healer and beyond. I use a combination of traditional and non-traditional healing modalities to create real change. I am described by my clients as unapologetically human, which often gives others permission to "take off the mask."
I offer counseling, therapy groups, and a course called "The Authentic Healer". Therapy groups teach highly effective mind-body psychotherapeutic tools to calm, sooth, and regulate the nervous system in a confidential, supportive group setting. The Authentic Healer is specifically for health care professionals to conquer burnout and reignite their passion.
