I’m passionate about supporting clients struggling with OCD looking to reduce obsessions and compulsions, and neurodivergent individuals (ADHD/Autism) seeking greater understanding of themselves and to improve self-compassion. My clients want relief from worries, tools to manage their thoughts and behaviors, and a space where they feel comfortable. Together, we work toward building confidence, managing anxiety, and embracing your unique way of experiencing the world. My approach blends warmth and humor to help clients feel comfortable and supported while making meaningful change.

Individuals who have OCD receive ERP treatment to reduce compulsions, obsessions, and rumination. I utilize elements of DBT, ACT, and MI with all clients to assist them with implementing skills. Clients who are neurodiverse are given psychoeducation to better understand themselves.
