Elizabeth Hamburger Kittleson is not currently accepting new clients.
I believe that the most essential keys to reaching our goals are believing in ourselves and knowing that someone believes in us. I work to create a safe, comfortable, trusted, honest, and humorous environment with my clients that encourages creativity, confidence, and motivation. I often use a systemic and strengths-based approach in working with clients and the relationships they have in their lives.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, individuals and families.I have previous experience working with emotional dysregulation, anxiety, depression, trauma, oppositional behaviors, family change, parenting concerns, social skills and low self-esteem. I choose to incorporate play, movement, mindfulness and art in to therapy sessions. I am trained in EMDR.
I have a particular interest in helping families navigate the stressful demands of their environment in order to find a sense of harmony together. I enjoy teaching children how to be self aware and in control of their body, mind and emotions through mindfulness and movement.
