I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is relational and eclectic. I place significant value on therapeutic rapport and relationships. I tailor my approaches to best fit the client in front of me. I am comfortable treating clients from all walks of life, religious, and cultural backgrounds. I have a lot of experience treating women's issues, anxiety, depression, ADHD, teacher mental health, and much more.
I am eclectic in my approach I am consistently learning new treatment modalities. I am trained in CBT, CPT, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-focused, and other approaches. I strive to create a safe space where clients will feel seen and understood.
In my sessions I strive to create a tone that is warm, supportive, and nonjudgemental, allowing clients to feel safe and valued as they share their thoughts and experiences. Working with me feels like engaging in an authentic and collaborative relationship where empathy, understanding, and trust lay the foundation for meaningful growth and healing.
