As a mental health provider, I believe in using evidence-based tools to help people move toward healthier, more fulfilling lives. As a human, I believe everyone deserves access to those tools in a supportive, nonjudgmental space. I work well with people who feel overwhelmed, stuck in survival mode, emotionally exhausted, or disconnected from themselves and others. Many of my clients are used to being the “strong one” while quietly carrying anxiety, trauma, grief, or chronic stress. My style is warm, collaborative, grounded, and focused on providing a safe place to better understand yourself while building tools for lasting change.
I am focused on providing a safe environment for clients to process difficult emotions and traumatic experiences. I have additional training in trauma-focused care, including complex trauma, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and somatic techniques.
