I specialize in supporting postpartum moms as they adjust, rebuild, and rediscover who they are in this new chapter. Using an Internal Family Systems (IFS) approach, we gently explore all the “parts” of you, the exhausted one, the loving one, the overwhelmed one, the ambitious one and help them feel heard instead of at war with each other.
