We will explore how things outside of your awareness affect your life and focus on unraveling patterns that may be making you feel stuck or alienated. Drawing from my twenty five years of clinical experience, my aim is to create a tailored and collaborative journey of healing with you.
I have specialized post-graduate training in psychoanalysis and psychodynamic psychotherapy, as well as training in psychedelic-assisted therapies. I also have training in EMDR and integrate somatic work such as trauma-informed yoga when helpful.
I am effective in working with young adults, people in creative fields, and those who have felt alienated due to their identity or diagnoses. I also enjoy providing supervision and consultation for clinicians and am fluent in Spanish. I look forward to getting to know you.

This 6 week series for women includes 45 minute yoga classes which will incorporate the tenets of trauma-informed yoga, emphasizing choice and building body awareness. Trauma-Informed Yoga Community Class
You are invited to a trauma-informed yoga donations class most Saturday mornings 10-11 AM at the Ampitheater at Lake Park in Mueller Park. Each class will feature a trauma-recovery theme and emphasize somatic agency to deepen embodiment and nervous system regulation.
