Do days feel like a cycle of big emotions, behavioral struggles, and meltdowns, followed by guilt, doubt, or the feeling that you should be handling things better? Many caregivers reach out feeling exhausted, overwhelmed, and unsure what they are missing. Ongoing behavioral challenges can leave families stuck in survival mode, especially when nothing seems to help for long. I also work with children and adults with ADHD to understand symptoms, navigate behavior challenges, and find practical tools that fit real life. Many clients come to therapy feeling exhausted, defeated, or isolated, and feel relief as things begin to make sense. Services are available virtually, with in-person sessions offered on a case-by-case bas
