I am a resourceful and skilled therapist, adept at building rapport and utilizing creative, evidence-based interventions. I offer a range of therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, somatic resourcing, emotionally focused therapy, and trauma focused interventions. My past experience includes providing individual, couples and family therapy, school counseling, and crisis intervention. I currently offer telehealth services to individuals aged 14 and up throughout Klamath and Deschutes Counties. Please reach out to begin services.
Currently offering Eye Movement and Desensitization Reprocessing, Frazier's Table, somatic resourcing, trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and more.
I believe the client is the expert in their lives and that the answers are within them. Each person has a unique formula and I work to help them find their way to a healthier and happier self. Not every person needs medication and I can help them connect to resources if that is their path. Groups and other resources are available as well!
