Elizabeth is a multicultural nonbinary therapist specialized in providing affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA+ community as well as those experiencing anxiety, low self-esteem/worth, and challenges due to ADHD and Autism. Elizabeth believes that who you are as a person does influence who you are as a therapist and is therefore open to personal questions.
Elizabeth uses a humanistic client-centered approach in their practice with a social justice lens and post-modern CBT that centers emotions. Elizabeth will be a challenging and supportive guide through your journey.
Please be aware that Elizabeth only accepts Aetna insurance for individual therapy. Elizabeth does not accept insurance for couples therapy. Couples sessions will be billed out of pocket at the full $200-$250 rate per hour. Individual out of pocket rate is $150-$200 per session.
