I have 10 years of experience working with clients who struggle with anxiety and panic, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, trauma and abuse, body image and self-esteem, relationships, boundaries, improving communication skills, and everyday stressors.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in authenticity. I believe therapy works best when you feel safe enough to be honest and empowered enough to grow at your own pace.
