I know how disorienting it can feel when you begin rewriting the stories you've always believed. I also know how important it is to have someone you trust by your side on that journey. Whether you’re healing trauma, breaking generational patterns, building secure relationships, or learning to honor your neurodivergence, I’d love to help you reach your goals. I love supporting people to feel capable in caring for themselves, meeting responsibilities, and celebrating joy along the way. My therapy dog is here to help too! She is happy to join appointments when requested!
I specialize in complex post-traumatic stress disorder (CPTSD), attachment wounds, neurodivergence, & anxiety/OCD. My practice is deeply rooted in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and neuroscience. I help my clients understand what they can do to either support their brain's healing or accommodate their neurological differences.
In appointments, I show up warm, open-hearted, and curious. I use a lot of humor and tend to feel more like a trusted confidant than a clinician. Most of us carry many heavy things, and I believe that therapy doesn't always need to be heavy. Unburdening requires a space where we feel seen, held, and celebrated—and a little laughter helps.
