This space is for the question-askers, seekers, wounded, or weary. This is the right space for you if your family, relationships, or faith experiences have been stressful, confusing, or harmful to you. This includes experiences with trauma, narcissism, dysfunctional relationships and families, and religious teachings. My practice focuses on those who have tried to "do all the right things," wondering why things are still so hard. Unfortunately, being hard on ourselves, working hard, achieving all the things, and taking care of everyone around us doesn't often lead to the sort of healing and peace we long for.

My approach is warm, flexible, and engaged. My clients appreciate that I balance between listening and affirming, but also offering feedback, resources, and ideas. Sessions are a collaborative process where we work together to understand you, your history, and your relationships. Together we develop strategies for healing and recovery.

An essential part of the human experience is making sense of our world, our hopes, our longings, our family, our identities, and our community. In many families and religious communities, there is not the freedom, support, or space needed to do this in healthy ways. I provide support, care, and resources for sense-making, healing, and hope.
