About
Even as adults many situations are out of our control. The way we respond is not. Therapy can be helpful in changing our response to situations, feeling empowered and improving relationships. I will collaborate with you to find the most effective way for you to connect with your strengths, heal and move forward toward your goals. The setting I strive to create is one of support, safety and caring.
I am experienced in working with trauma and trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I have 17 years of experience addressing issues related, but not limited to, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, life transitions, anger management and parenting issues. I am trained in Triple P Parenting for parents of adolescents and teens.
Creating personal change is one of the most powerful, confidence inspiring things a person can do. Change is yours to make. I will support and guide you through the process.
