As a neurodivergent therapist, I’m passionate about working with adults, adolescents, and children to create adaptive relational skills that allow them to have improved interpersonal relationships in various areas of their lives. My heart is for working with couples, families, and individuals to help create opportunities for improved connection. Using a neuroaffirmative approach, my goal is to help those struggling with various elements of neurodiversity or healing from traumatic events to better understand how it impacts their functioning and gain insight into how to adjust or adapt to various challenges life throws at them.
My main focus is working with neurodivergent couples using the Gottman Method to help strengthen their relationship. With families and individuals, using a CBT or ACT approach we explore how thoughts, actions, and feelings impact the way that you process different situations, focusing on your relationships and interactional patterns.
Please allow me the opportunity to sit with you and collaborate on different ways you can improve your quality of life through improving your relationships. By gaining new insight into your thought processes and those closest to you, we will explore alternative interaction patterns or interpret situations from an alternative perspective for improvement.
