Welcome! Are you feeling overwhelmed? Anxious? Depressed? My practice offers a warm, supportive and validating place for you to examine and work on your challenges. Are you struggling in your relationships or work life? We will work together to understand and improve these areas. We will talk about what therapy is, how it can help and set goals for the future. It is important to have clarity about what good mental health looks and feels like. I bring a unique perspective to counseling, offering analysis, decision making skills and boundary work. If you think we would be a good fit, please reach out and I will try to find a time.

I offer teletherapy and in person services for the treatment of anxiety, depression, women’s issues, self esteem, life transitions, relationship issues, marital issues, family issues, career growth and working through medical situations and a focus on parenting.

I am available online during working hours and have some availability evenings and weekends. The best way to reach me is by email, I don't always have time to check or respond to voicemails.
