Our Therapist, Elizabeth Geraldes, specializes in various therapeutic approaches and has been in the mental health world for over ten years. Elizabeth, is certified in CBT, TEAM-CBT, Trauma Focus CBT, CBT-I, and DBT, with knowledge in Exposure Response Prevention (ERP), EMDR, and the Nurture Heart Approach. Elizabeth Geraldes also has experience in treating tics by utilizing CBIT techniques.
Elizabeth's passion in life has always been to provide relief and hope to all of her clients. Elizabeth started in the field of mental health, as Respite Worker, Clinical Case Manager, to a Crisis Counselor at a suicide hotline, and now a Therapist.
