I meet people where they are in their life journey. Work and play need to be in balance to make life rewarding. My favorite people to work with are looking to make life more exciting. I have a practical approach to getting past life's hurdles to what makes one happy. Life transitions can be difficult to navigate, so having guidance for the journey makes it easier. Finding motivators for my clients is my biggest goal, and results in people who are more fulfilled with all aspects of their lives.
Each person has a different set of motivators. Helping people see the connection between their actions and their emotional well being is my strength. Finding the connections becomes the rewarding journey. EMDR has help me increase my abilities as a psychologist, and clients love it. The journey is rewarding and challenging. The destination is key.
Being in practice for 20 years allows me to have vast experience in the treatment of adults, couples and teens. I create a warm, safe and fun environment in which to explore one's life.
