About
My work involves providing therapeutic support for people struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, as well as parenting, family and couple conflict. I am a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, and focus on Level 1 Autism, or what use to be called Asperger's Syndrome. I am also happy to work with individuals that are experiencing loss, grief, and spiritual questioning/transition.
So often anxiety, depression, and even a desire to blend in, get in the way of the work of uncovering human potential. How can we fully share our strengths with the world around us if we are not living from our true and authentic selves?
I know the decision to change what doesn't work in order to make room for what does can feel unsettling. When you feel ready to begin, I welcome you to contact me for a free consultation to see if we might be a good team in taking on this important work.
