I have over a decade of experience in providing individual and family therapy services to children, adolescents, and adults providing both clinical counseling and art therapy. While my experience includes supporting people through the lifespan with a variety of mental health stressors my concentration lies in trauma informed approach with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, life transitions, and career with an additional focus of supporting those navigating infertility.
I utilize an integrative approach to meet the needs of my client. My practice is based on an Adlerian perspective and the Expressive Therapies Continuum, yet I incorporate a person’s strengths, mindfulness and relaxation, and Gestalt principles.
