I work with clients exploring emotions, fantasies, and ways you engage with the world. I believe therapeutic healing occurs within a trusting relationship between client and therapist. My practice focuses on working in depth by co-creating a space where we can explore your most authentic self. I have experience working in residential settings with adults who have experienced psychiatric hospitalization, substance use concerns, and systemic oppression. I'm informed by somatic therapies, relational psychoanalysis and feminist theory. Currently, I am a candidate at the Minnesota Psychoanalytic Society and Institute Psychodynamic Psychotherapy Training Program. I have experience teaching yoga in mental health settings.
