If you’ve been searching for a space to feel truly seen and understood, you’re in the right place. I specialize in working with adolescents and adults to address symptoms of anxiety, depression, relationship issues, infidelity, divorce, self-harm, abuse, lack of coping skills, chronic illness and low self-esteem. My style is warm, collaborative, and down-to-earth. I draw from evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy but I tailor sessions to your unique needs. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges.
I came to St. Augustine for college, fell in love with this community, and have called it home ever since. That sense of belonging is something I also hope to create in my work with clients. I believe therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just space to be heard and supported.
In our work together, my hope is that you leave each session with something meaningful—whether that’s a new tool to practice, a fresh perspective, or simply the relief of having a safe place to process what is on your mind. Therapy is a process, and while it takes time, each step we take together is meant to bring you closer to feeling more at peace.

I often use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in my practice. Your first session is an opportunity to get to know me and share what brings you to therapy. You'll talk about your concerns, goals, and any relevant history, and I will explain how the therapy process will look going forward. Over time, therapy can help you gain insight, build resilience, and make meaningful changes in your life.
