If you’ve been searching for a space to feel truly seen and understood, you’re in the right place. My role is to walk alongside you, offering tools, perspective, and encouragement as you navigate life’s challenges.
I came to St. Augustine for college, fell in love with this community, and have called it home ever since. That sense of belonging is something I also hope to create in my work with clients. I believe therapy is a place where you can show up exactly as you are—no judgment, no pressure, just space to be heard and supported.
