When life feels overwhelming, when trauma has rewired your nervous system to always be on alert, and when you're just trying to make it through the day—that's where I come in. I specialize in working with individuals who have experienced complex trauma, acute stress, or are navigating a personal crisis that has disrupted their emotional and psychological balance. Many of my clients come to me feeling stuck in high-alert mode—anxious, hypervigilant, shut down, or overwhelmed. Whether you've survived abuse, experienced a recent traumatic event, or are trying to keep it together during a time of transition, therapy can help.
I offer a tailored, high-intensity approach for those who need more than weekly therapy but aren’t ready for inpatient treatment, consisting of 2-4 sessions per week of focused, trauma-informed therapy utilizing a blend of stabilization, skill-building, and deeper trauma processing techniques.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in complex trauma, suicidality, and emotion dysregulation. I create a non-judgemental, safe environment where clients and I can work collaboratively to begin their healing journey. I greatly value authenticity, compassion, and empathy, which are at the core of strong therapeutic relationships.
