My approach to treatment is client-led, and I will encourage you to step out of your comfort zone and build the abilities needed to manage your symptoms.
I specialize in children, adolescents, and young adults, but any age is welcome. I believe in a client-focused approach and I will meet you where you are in your life.
(I limit telehealth services to ages 14+)
I have several years of experience within the Autism community and I may be a good fit for those on the spectrum, or their family members. I also serve many with depression and anxiety and can assist you in identifying ways to manage your symptoms. I will support you in this journey and involve you in your treatment each step of the way.
