I see adolescents, college students and women through my private practice in Plymouth Meeting as well as virtually. My passion and expertise lies in helping young adults navigate challenging life transitions, building skills to identify and attain their goals and build a more connected sense of self. Throughout my career, I have run co-occuring adolescent and young adult groups as well worked as the Program Director for a collegiate recovery residence in University City. With this experience, I have built a strong understanding of the complexities of working with adolescents and young adults and the stressors they are facing.
Through education of individuals and family and a strengths-based approach, I work with individuals to go beyond presenting issues through exploring current challenges, patterns and family systems to create a more comprehensive awareness and understanding of self and the therapeutic tools to best help build confidence, connection and healing .
