Have you suffered from anxiety and maybe tried therapy for this in the past with limited results? Do you have a sense that there is something more than just plain old anxiety going on for you? I work with neurodivergent individuals(adults, teens, and occasionally children), who are tired of being misunderstood and want support that honors their unique brain.
My approach is collaborative, validating, and deeply rooted in neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed care. I support late-identified or self-diagnosed individuals, especially those exploring unmasking, burnout recovery, and executive functioning. I utilize EMDR, CBT, Exposure and Response Prevention Therapies, and ADHD coaching.
So if you are struggling with issues that don't seem to be resolving with traditional talk therapy, or you want to explore possible neurodivergence, I will meet you with compassion and flexibility. This is truly my passion. You won't be asked to "perform" or fit a mold-this is a space where you can be yourself. I also work with LGBTQ+ neurodivergent folks.
