My approach to therapy is like me as a person: down to earth, compassionate, and engaged. I like to use humor when appropriate and try to have as good a time as possible with the process. I am a Licensed Independent Social Worker in Northeast Ohio. My 17 years of experience comes from providing direct Mental Health and Behavioral Therapy to children, adolescents, and adults, with a variety of presenting issues including Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Relationship, Parenting and Family Issues. I have always been drawn to hearing other people's voices and believe that everyone has an important story to share.

My Therapy style and approach draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Triple P, and Solution Focused. I strive to treat the therapeutic relationship, and you, with compassion, warmth, and respect.
