Therapy is a collaborative process that is built on trust and fosters insight as well as growth. It is important to me to create a safe, open, and non-judgmental atmosphere where Clients feel comfortable to share as well as express their unique life experiences. My Practice is informed by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness Based Interventions, and Holistic Coaching. I utilize Affirmative Psychotherapy in which I meet people where they are in their own space and time. My clients would describe me as passionate, caring and humorous.
My current practice focuses on Sexual Health concerns. Issues often presented in terms of treatment include Trauma, Erectile Dysfunction, Lack of Sexual Desire, Hypersexual Desire, Out of Control Sexual Behavior (Sex/Porn Addiction), Kink, Polyamory, Gender Dysphoria, and other issues within in the LGBTQIA+ population.
My Goal in working with Clients is to affirm their perception of themselves as well to celebrate their unique intersecting identities in relation to Gender, Sex, Trauma and Relationships. Creating meaningful relationships whether with yourself or another individual is an essential element to healing.
