As a licensed professional clinical counselor with supervisory status (LPCC-S) I have experience working with veterans, children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience working with clients who have concerns of anxiety, depression, trauma/PTSD, adjustments, mood disorders, self-esteem, stress management, communication barriers, and the LBGTQIA+ population. I approach my work with clients from a client-centered perspective integrating cognitive-behavioral, brief-solution focused, and mindfulness with the goal to make sure each client is heard and understood.
As a military veteran myself, I am passionate about supporting fellow veterans and their loved ones. I understand the unique challenges associated with military culture and the transition to civilian life.
I am currently accepting clients aged 18 & above. For younger clients, I require a consultation call. I offer a wide variety of times to fit your needs.
