I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 12 years of experience in the social work field, having worked with individuals of all ages, including parents, families, children, adolescents, and adults. My approach is centered on building strong, trusting relationships with clients, helping them move forward from current challenges in a meaningful way. I specialize in treating depression, anxiety, relationship issues, self-esteem, stress management, and developing coping skills. I earned my Master of Social Work (MSW) from Rutgers University and my Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from Sacred Heart University.
Over the years, I’ve gained experience in a variety of settings, including children’s systems of care, residential facilities, hospitals, and schools. This diverse background allows me to connect with individuals across different stages and walks of life. I draw on a variety of therapeutic approaches, including tailoring my methods to best suit each client.
