About
When we find ourselves in times of increased stress and uncertainty we often find our personal everyday struggles are magnified making it harder than ever to maintain a sense of hope and stability. Anxiety, depression, and grief may be more intense lately – that is where therapy comes in.
I am passionate about working with teens, young adults, adults, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community to find their strength and sense of calm in the midst of chaos. It is my goal to provide a safe, compassionate, mindful space to grieve and find ways to thrive as we adapt to the new normal.
It takes courage to begin therapy, even in the best of times. When you find the space, I hope you reach out and we can work together to find and maintain your inner light.
