This is a limited time, closed group that will meet online once per week for 6 weeks, beginning October 19, 2021. We will focus on our own experiences with anxiety, and learn various ways to relieve ourselves of the uncomfortable, and sometimes frightening symptoms. Register by calling or emailing.
