I work well with those who felt unheard and insignificant while growing up; the ones who had to ignore or shut down their emotions, felt unheard, invalidated, alone, and not good enough. This pain may show up as anxiety, depression, disordered eating, and/or complex trauma. We’d be a good fit if you’re ready to heal the parts of you that hold shame, fear, and hurt. I hope to help you understand your needs, build self-trust, and safely experience your feelings. I also work well with kids/teens who struggle with emotion regulation, self-esteem, and anxiety, and those of all ages navigating the grief and pain of chronic illness.
I believe so much healing comes from a strong relationship with a therapist- my priority is building a safe, trusting space. I often use a mix of evidence-based treatments including Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, DBT, ACT, attachment-focused approaches, and somatic therapy. I also integrate creative approaches, including sand tray, art, and play.
I know it can be hard to reach out for help- I hope to offer a space that allows you to feel safe, heard, valued, and able to trust your own wisdom. I understand the importance of finding the right therapist, so I encourage trying around 2-3 sessions with me to see if we connect well. You can book with me by clicking on my website!

I often focus on helping you process your emotions, soothe young/wounded parts (IFS therapy), un-learn negative core beliefs, and develop useful coping tools. I utilize EMDR and somatic-based approaches to heal from trauma. I believe in creating a strong foundation of safety & building your emotion regulation skills before starting EMDR.
